I’m a writer, graduate student, and aspiring therapist committed to theory & practice at intersections of mental health & faith. Currently, I’m pursuing a dual M.S.W. and M.Div. at UNC School of Social Work and Duke Divinity School. For fun, I love being around friends, family, dogs, books, art, coffee shops, and nerdy conversations about the Enneagram (6w5) or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (INFJ).

These days, I aim to post once a month or so here on the blog, as well as periodically for other publications.

Stay in touch! Subscribe to the blog via email, contact me directly, or find me online at Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
